Subscription Services
For subscription-based services and memberships:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with no refunds for the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if canceled within 30 days of purchase

Satisfaction Guarantee

- The guarantee applies only to the specific product purchased, not to all products on our site
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log into your account and navigate to the subscription settings
- Follow the cancellation prompts
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months unless specified in your plan
Service Cancellations
For paid services (consultation, setup assistance, etc.):
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is available at no charge with 24+ hours notice
